Xbox One with 2 Controllers and 4 Games in Provo, Utah For Sale

Hi I'm looking to sell my Xbox One. It comes with 2 controllers, Kinect, NBA 2k14, Madden 16, Forza Motorsport 5, and Titanfall is downloaded onto the hard drive. It is all in great condition, however I recently started university so I haven't had much time to use it. I am willing to negotiate, but please keep your offers respectable.
I'm also willing to meet up if you want to check that it all works, however I do not have a car so I cannot travel very far from BYU's campus.
